Yes, we offer customizations. Most of our collections are modular, allowing flexibility in design and configuration. Simply provide us with your floor plan and design vision, and we’ll tailor the perfect solution to fit your space and lifestyle.

Our standard lead time for orders is approximately 6 months, which includes processing, production, shipping from the brand’s country of origin to the Philippines, and a buffer for possible shipping delays.

We also keep select items in stock. Feel free to ask our design consultants about the latest available pieces.

Yes, we have an in-house team of expert installers who specialize in handling our products with precision and care. This ensures that your furniture, cabinetry, doors, and lighting are installed to the highest standards.

However, we do require you to have a contractor to prepare the site, including structural, electrical, and plumbing work if needed. Our team will coordinate closely with your contractor to ensure a smooth installation process.

Our standard payment terms are as follows:

  • 50% downpayment upon order confirmation.
  • 50% balance to be paid prior to installation.

We offer a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, unless otherwise stated before purchase.

Logistics and After-Sales

In the rare event that a product gets damaged during shipping, we will assess the situation and take the necessary steps to resolve it.
